The Tharsis is a professional grade kitchen, chef's, and food prep knife in very thinly hollow ground 440C high chromium stainless steel for the highest corrosion resistance and great wear resistance, nickel silver polished bolsters, and ivory micarta phenolic handle scales for durability. This Tharsis is clean and smooth, and comes with a slip sheath for protection of double thickness kydex and nickel plated steel
